Make a booking or contact usTo secure a booking you will be required to pay a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable following confirmation of the booking, with the balance payable upon arrival on the first day. The deposit can be paid by debit / credit card (There is a £3.50 charge for credit card payments) Notice of cancellation must be given in writing at least 7 days before the first day of the booking. Failure to do so can make you liable for the outstanding balance if we are unable to re-let. For corporate / business guests (Monday to Friday) there are no cancellation charges. Just let us know by 12 noon on day of arrival.Booking paid for on arrival. For these terms and conditions bookings to be made direct to 3 Norfolk Square.
