Value for money with every need catered for.

" Two nights. Met at the door by the owner. System in place to ensure car space available. Then only saw Elsa at breakfast and booking out. Unobtrusive owners. Hotel was full but very quiet, probably due to mature guests. Breakfasts very good. Nice little extras on landing.

The hotel is in a quiet yet convenient position for the amenities as well as the racecourse. Our twin bedded room had open views with everything you could possibly need including a very welcome fan.  

Dislikes: 

The breakfast room / bar could probably do with updating as well as the cutlery but this is only nit-picking and no doubt improvements being done gradually, as some carpet appeared new

I am interested in the 'Bar updating'! I thought we had one of the most modern Guest House bars in the town (Just look at the photos on the web site). Unobtrusive owners is what I like to hear. That is our aim; professional, on hand if needed, but otherwise, never seen.

"Very very good nice and relaxing"
It was our second time to stay at no 3 Norfork Square. It was very relaxing and Very enjoyable, we will be staying there again.

I enjoyed every aspect of my stay .We like where the hotel is

situated and the room we stayed in Room 3 very nice and the

friendliness of the couple that runs the hotel and the full English breakfast very good.

Booked as a surprise excursion for me and my fiancé.                

We had not ventured to Yarmouth for a few years and

thought it would be a nice trip to take together.            Likes:                                                                                  The cleanliness of the room was top notch. The staff

were very friendly and responded quick to queries or

room calls but also respected your privacy.

Furthermore, the price was excellent value.                      Dislikes:                                                                                There was nothing I did not like about this hotel.           

I have stayed in 5* hotels across the country and

this was by far the best stay I have experienced.

Just a one night stay while I visited friends but

"A Perfect stay, Comfortable and friendly"
A get-away weekend made perfect, from the easy online booking, till the moment we left couldn't have been better. A friendly welcome to a beautiful grand house, recently refurbished to a very high standard through out and our room, a double en-suite was fresh & clean, breakfast was excellent, a quality full English, set us up for a day on the town, it was great to return to our room, put our feet up & relax

in comfort.

"Pleasant, welcoming stay at a simple seaside resort"
This is an ideal hotel if you have access to a car as you can visit the Norfolk Broads, Norwich Cathedral and other places. However being a non-driver I found it quite easy locating all the main attractions and various restaurants - all the amenities are within a short walking distance. Full English here has got to be one of the best I've had, the other one was at Joppa Turrets, Edinburgh. The Sealife Centre, Merrivale tea rooms and Yesterday's World museum are well worth a visit.

This review was from a couple who stayed for two nights. One morning they never even came down to breakfast and on the other had two bacon sandwiches, a cup of tea and left. (I will take comfort in my other breakfast reviews). They also choose what room they wanted and booked on-line. Price paid dictates type of room. No2 is a lovely modern room with a large en-suite bath / shower room but it is also our cheapest because of its size & restricted view.

"Spotlessly Clean"
The place was spotlessly clean & the owner could not do enough for us, but not at the expense of our privacy. The breakfast was also excellent & set us up for each day's travel.

Only a minor point of fault was that staying in room 2 we were woken early each morning by the pigeons outside of window which when opened revealed a quite dirty area with many pigeon droppings.

We had a wonderfull night away with excellent customer focused service and far reached our expectations it had everything we needed for our stay we have stayed at a few hotels and this was far the best very personal, friendly and clean very luxurious we would definitly be going back should the need arise. We were given an up grade upon arrival and breakfast in our suite absolutely FANTASTIC.

"Relaxing."
Very welcoming, helpful and efficient, the room was lovely, plenty of room to move around and all important to us was the armchairs and table to sit by the window to read or do puzzles etc. Over all a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Breakfast very good too.

"Good stay"
The location and facilities at the hotel are good, breakfast and service were very good. The only downside for me was that the room was very hot and the bed was very soft, but these are personal preferences and my stay was short so these were of no great issue.
I would stay at this hotel again.

Certain rooms did have TRVs (Thermostatic Radiator Valves) that were unreliable by either sticking open or closed. This problem has now been rectified as they have all been replaced. Mattress changed.
